Each year, the children in Faith Lane (elementary school age) go sing Christmas carols at a senior living facility. This year, it was decided they would go to Allegro (where Audrey's great-grandmother lives). Kate was so excited to ride on the church bus for the first time. I ended up riding on the bus with Kate and Granddaddy met us there. Mr. Raymond (Audrey's dad) also rode on the bus and helped the kids practice all the way to Allegro.
Once we arrived, all the children put on reindeer antlers and gathered upstairs in a large foyer over looking the dining room. Kate stood right in front and put on quite a show - dancing, kicking her legs and singing her heart out. She was no doubt the most entertaining one there! Afterwards, the kids handed out homemade goodies they had made the week before in class to the residents.

I was so glad I was able to go and hear all the kids sing - can't wait until next year!
