Today schools were closed because it snowed in Tallahassee!! I was disappointed that schools were cancelled because I had already taken off to have a productive kid-free day, but it was so much fun to experience the snow this morning with the kids. At day break it started to ice with snow mixed in and we thought that was exciting, but then about an hour later it started snowing again! It was the first time the kids and I experienced snow falling - absolutely gorgeous.

After the snow stopped and we thawed out a little bit, we went back outside and built a snowman. Kate named him Willy. :)
