We had a fun Saturday last week. We all went swimming that morning at the Olk's and then daddy & I found a gift card to the movies and decided to take Kate to see "Turbo". It was a really cute movie but I think we will have to have another gift card to be able to go again - for the three of us to watch a 12:30pm movie it cost $21 ($7.50 for adults and $6.00 for kids)!! Once we purchased a drink for us all to share, we burned through $25 in a matter of minutes. Regardless of the cost, Kate loved it and we enjoyed spending some quality time together.
While we were at the movie, Mason had fun playing (and napping) at Papa and Mimi's house. Kate played a little bit over there when we picked Mason up and then later that afternoon, she went over to Gigi and Grandaddy's house to spend the night. She keeps a full schedule!
When we dropped Kate off, daddy & I took Mason to run some errands and then enjoyed a quiet night at home eating Red Elephant and watching Skyfall (latest James Bond movie).
It was a perfect day - wish everyday was like that!
