Each year since the Stewart's have lived here, we have never been able to attend Izzy's birthday party because we are usually out of town at the beach. This year, Mrs. Angela was sweet to plan around our trip so Kate could attend. Izzy had an Emoji birthday party at Tom Brown Park, complete with pizza, cake and water balloons!
