Church Easter Egg Hunt

We had the annual Egg Hunt at Timberlane this afternoon and had a great time!  It started at 4:00 with a quick worship service, a puppet show, the egg hunt, and then a pizza dinner!
They are ready to hunt eggs!  Audrey, Mason, Izzy and Kate.

Waiting on the puppet show to begin. Mason has plenty of love from the little ladies, Audrey and Izzy.  They can't get enough of him.
After the puppet show, the kids lined up in three lines: under 3, 4 - Kindergarten, and 1st grade and up. I went with Mason and Justin went with Kate.  Looking back, I should have started with Kate because she's done in  minutes whereas Mason takes his time. :)
 He's off!

Checking out the goods before putting the egg in his basket.
This little egg hunter was more interested in playing then hunting eggs.

When I walked over to check on how Kate was doing, she had already burst into tears since daddy had told her she had reached her 25 egg limit.  Poor girl - she hunts so fast that it's over before she knows it.

To dry up the tears, Gigi offered for her to help find a couple eggs in Mason's hunting area.  She cheered up at that!

The boys played while Kate cleaned up the few remaining eggs. I guess someone had to get them.  Mom told me there were over a thousand eggs for all the kids.  Wow!
 My little egg hunter.
 Enjoying our pizza dinner outside.
 Love this trio of girls.
Playing after dinner...they had a great time on this merry go round contraption.
No egg hunt is complete without bunny ears!

Easter is just a week away!
