Mason turns 4 on Wednesday so we celebrated his birthday a little early (on Saturday) with a cowboy birthday at Happy Trails Ranch.

The big event at the party was feeding the horses. Mrs. Nicky took the kids into the barn where she showed them how to feed the horses and which ones were hungry. Everyone did a great job and all the horses had full bellies.
Mason was timid at first but eventually warmed up.
Kate was a pro (she previously had a party here a couple years ago)

After feeding the horses, all the kids watched Luke the Poodle do tricks and then they went on a hayride around the property.
After the hayride was the highlight of the party - riding horses!
